Step back in time and stay in our warm, character-filled Kauri villa – a spacious four-bedroom farmhouse offering comfort, charm, and great value. Set beside its namesake palm and surrounded by open paddocks, Palm Tree Cottage is ideal for families, groups, or Pahi Coastal Walkers wanting a relaxed farm retreat.

Sleeps up to 9:

• One queen bed (fully made up with sheets, duvet/blankets, towels, and facecloth)
• Three bedrooms with a mix of single and bunk beds

Linen and bedding:

• Single and bunk beds are made with a bottom sheet, pillow and pillowcase, and duvet/blankets
• Top sheet, towel, and facecloth linen packs are available for $10 per person per stay

A spacious three-bedroom holiday home with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding native bush. This peaceful timber retreat features WiFi, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a large covered veranda for outdoor dining and relaxation. Perfect for families, couples, or groups wanting privacy and space, just minutes from the Amodeo Bay boat ramp and Waitete Bay's safe swimming beaches.

Guest access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire Ocean View Retreat, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the covered veranda, gardens, and lawns (excluding the large shed). The house is fully self-contained and private.

Eco-Friendly Off-Grid Bush Cabin 1 (Queen Bed – 1 Bedroom)

Escape to a peaceful bush sanctuary and enjoy a rustic yet comfortable off-grid experience. Accessed via a scenic 3 km gravel farm track with a creek crossing, this cabin offers privacy, fresh air, and the simple comforts of home

Our Bush Cabins sit within 360 hectares of protected native forest, part of our QEII National Trust covenant – land permanently safeguarded for conservation. This area is home to regenerating bush, clear streams, and native bird life

Sleeps up to 6: One fully-made queen bed with a single above, plus three single bunks. Linen and towels are provided – each single bed has a bottom sheet and duvet; guests simply choose their bed and add the top sheet supplied.

Powered grass campsites in a farm setting.  We have 2 powered sites located near the communal shower and toilet block. Facilities: include 1 hot shower, 1 flush toilet, non-potable tap water, rubbish collection, and road access during the summer months. A coin-operated laundry is available. There are no cooking facilities, so please bring your own equipment. Please remember to bring your certified, RCD, regulation power connection suitable for use in holiday parks. Free WiFi provided.

Non-powered campsites in a farm setting. Sites are selected by campers on a first-come, first-served basis. These spacious, family-friendly sites are are perfect for those who don’t require power and are happy to use our communal areas for charging devices.  Located within easy reach of the communal shower and toilet block.  Facilities include 1 hot shower, 1 flush toilet, non-potable tap water, rubbish collection, and road access during the summer months. A coin-operated laundry is available. There are no cooking facilities, so please bring your own equipment and be fully self-sufficient. Free WiFi provided.

 

Designated Zone – Suitable for Fully Self-Sufficient Campers

Our Self-Contained Camping Area is a designated space for guests who are fully self-sufficient. This includes certified self-contained caravans and motorhomes, as well as tent campers who bring their own toilet, shower, and wastewater facilities.

There are no toilets or showers provided in this area.
