Tucked just over the bridge and surrounded by peaceful farmland, Number 10 is our most spacious offering. Whether you're a large family, a group of friends, or a group of walkers preparing for the trail, this home provides the perfect balance of privacy and room to move.
Room for Everyone:
Features a Super King bed (can be split into 2 singles), four singles, and one set of bunks.
Arrival Ready: The Super King and all four king single beds are fully made up with hotel-quality linen and towels supplied.
The Bunks: The bunk beds are prepared with a bottom sheet, pillow, and duvet. Guests just need to add the supplied top sheet to finish making them up—perfect for families who want to let the kids pick their own spot!
Fully Fenced & Pet-Friendly: The large yard is fully fenced, making it a safe haven for kids to play and a secure spot for your pets (charges apply).

Named after the towering palm that stands beside it, this original Kauri villa is full of history and rustic charm. If you're looking for a spacious, "no-frills" farmhouse that is warm, dry, and great value for a crowd, Palm Tree Cottage is your perfect match.
The Main House: Features a master Queen bedroom (fully made up) and a second bedroom with a bunk and two singles.
The Sleepouts: Two external bedrooms (each with a single bed) offer extra privacy for larger groups—perfect for teenagers or mates.
A large, open-plan kitchen and living area
And a washing machine for longer stays.

The "Country" Bathroom: In true villa style, the bathroom is located just a few steps out the back door under a covered walkway – fresh air and farm views included!

Hidden deep within our QEII National Trust protected bush, our two eco-friendly cabins offer a rare chance to live amongst regenerating forest, clear mountain streams, and thriving birdlife. Accessed via a scenic 3km farm track and creek crossimg, this is more than just a stay—it's an authentic Coromandel bush experience.

Completely off-grid and powered by our own on-site hydro and solar system, yet featuring the modern essentials: a flush toilet, a hot gas shower, and reliable WiFi.

1 Bedrrom - Fully-made Queen bed with a single above, plus three single bunks.
All linen and towels provided. Single beds are prepared with a bottom sheet and duvet—just grab your bed and add the top sheet supplied.

Warm up by the cozy wood fire on cool forest evenings or head to the shared BBQ area for an outdoor dinner under the stars.

Important Note for Adventurers:
To keep this retreat truly secluded, access is via a gravel farm track including a creek crossing. Most vehicles handle it fine, but low-clearance cars are not recommended. We ask that you arrive during daylight hours to enjoy the scenic drive in!

Eco-Friendly Bush Cabin 2

Escape to a peaceful bush sanctuary for an authentic off-grid experience.

Nestled within 360 hectares of protected native forest (QEII National Trust), Bush Cabin 2 offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by regenerating bush, clear streams, and native birdlife. Accessed via a scenic 3km farm track and creek crossing, this cabin provides the simple comforts of home in a truly quiet natural setting.

1 Bedroom featuring six single bunk beds.
All linen and towels provided. Beds are prepared with a bottom sheet—simply choose your bunk and add the supplied top sheet when you arrive.
Features one internal flush toilet, plus an external bathroom with a second toilet and a hot gas shower.

 

Eco-Powered: Lighting and reliable WiFi are powered by our on-site hydro and solar systems (not suited for high-power appliances).
Relax by the wood fire on cool evenings or use the fully equipped kitchenette for simple meals. There is also a shared outdoor BBQ area.
Digital Detox: With no TV and limited cell reception, this is a genuine chance to slow down and enjoy the sounds of the bush.

Location & Access:

Group Bookings: Cabin 2 sits beside Cabin 1, making it the perfect setup for friends or families to book both together (hosting 12 total) while maintaining privacy.
Getting Here: The gravel access road is suitable for most vehicles but is not recommended for low-clearance cars. Please plan to arrive during daylight hours.

Powered grass campsites in a farm setting. Site size is 8m x 8m

We have 2 powered sites located near the communal shower and toilet block. Sites suitable for tents, caravans and campervans.

Facilities: include Free WiFi, 1 hot shower, 1 flush toilet, non-potable tap water, rubbish collection, and road access during the summer months. A coin-operated laundry is available. There are no cooking facilities or kitchen, so please bring your own equipment. Please remember to bring your certified, RCD, regulation power connection suitable for use in holiday parks.

Tariff: $18 per Adult, $9 per child 6 -15 yrs incl per night

Non-powered campsites in a farm setting. Sites are selected by campers on a first-come, first-served basis. These spacious, family-friendly sites are are perfect for those who don't require power and are happy to use our communal areas for charging devices. Located within easy reach of the communal shower and toilet block.

Facilities include Free WiFi, 1 hot shower, 1 flush toilet, non-potable tap water, rubbish collection, and road access during the summer months. A coin-operated laundry is available. There are no cooking facilities or kitchen, so please bring your own equipment and be fully self-sufficient.

Tariff: $10 per Adult, $9 per child 6 - 15 yrs incl per night

Designated Zone – Suitable for Fully Self-Sufficient Campers

Our Self-Contained Camping Area is a designated space for guests who are fully self-sufficient. This includes certified self-contained caravans and motorhomes, as well as tent campers who bring their own toilet, shower, and wastewater facilities.

There are no toilets or showers provided in this area.
