Palm Tree Cottage – 4-Bedroom Kauri Villa

Step back in time and stay in our warm, character-filled Kauri villa — a spacious four-bedroom farmhouse offering comfort, charm, and great value. Set beside its namesake palm and surrounded by open paddocks, Palm Tree Cottage is ideal for families, groups, or Pahi Coastal Walkers wanting a relaxed farm retreat.

Sleeps up to 9:
• One queen bed (fully made up with sheets, duvet/blankets, towels, and facecloth)
• Three bedrooms with a mix of single and bunk beds

Linen and bedding:
• Single and bunk beds are made with a bottom sheet, pillow and pillowcase, and duvet/blankets

Ocean View Retreat – 3-Bedroom Holiday Home

A spacious three-bedroom holiday home with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding native bush. This peaceful timber retreat features unlimited Wi-Fi, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a large covered veranda for outdoor dining and relaxation. Perfect for families, couples, or groups wanting privacy and space, just minutes from the Amodeo Bay boat ramp and Waitete Bay’s safe swimming beaches.

Sleeps up to 7 guests:
• Bedroom 1 – Super King bed (can be split into two singles)
• Bedroom 2 – Single bunks + King Single with ensuite

Guests have exclusive use of the entire Ocean View Retreat, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the covered veranda, gardens, and lawns (excluding the large shed). The house is fully self-contained and private.

Please note: The Ocean View Retreat is located at the far end of the farm, so you’ll need to drive down to Whitestar Station to explore our private walking tracks and waterfalls.

Eco-Friendly Off-Grid Bush Cabin 1 (Queen Bed – 1 Bedroom)

Escape to a peaceful bush sanctuary and enjoy a rustic yet comfortable off-grid experience. Accessed via a scenic 3 km gravel farm track with a creek crossing, this cabin offers privacy, fresh air, and the simple comforts of home.

Sleeps up to 6: One fully-made queen bed with a single above, plus three single bunks. Linen and towels are provided — each single bed has a bottom sheet and duvet; guests simply choose their bed and add the top sheet supplied.

Relax and recharge in this peaceful off-grid bush cabin — a rustic, comfortable retreat surrounded by native forest. Accessed via a scenic 3 km gravel farm track with a creek crossing, the cabin offers privacy, fresh air, and a true back-to-nature experience.

Sleeps up to 6: Six single bunk beds. All beds are made with a bottom sheet, and a top sheet is supplied. Towels are provided — guests simply choose their bed and put the top sheet on when they arrive.

Powered campsites at Whitestar Station Farm Holiday Park offer a peaceful farm setting with 2 powered sites located near the communal shower and toilet block. Facilities include hot showers, flush toilets, non-potable tap water, rubbish collection, and road access during the summer months. A coin-operated laundry is available. There are no cooking facilities, so please bring your own equipment. Bring your own RCD camping lead and be fully self-sufficient. Free WiFi provided.

Non-powered campsites at Whitestar Station Farm Holiday Park offer a peaceful farm setting surrounded by native bush and open farmland. These spacious, family-friendly sites are located within easy reach of the communal shower and toilet block. Facilities include hot showers, flush toilets, non-potable tap water, rubbish collection, and road access during the summer months. There are no cooking facilities, so please bring your own equipment and be fully self-sufficient. Free WiFi provided.

We have plenty of space for fully self-contained caravans and motorhomes – just park up and enjoy the peaceful farm setting at Whitestar Station Farm Holiday Park. Sites are spacious, family friendly, and located on our working sheep and beef farm. Sites are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. These sites do not include access to toilets or showers, but campers may use the rubbish collection and tap water. The water is untreated from a stream high in the hills and should be boiled before use. You must be fully self-sufficient and in a certified self-contained vehicle. Free WiFi and road access are available during the summer months.
